Gardone Riviera - Economy
In the hilly and mountainous areas of the borough of Gardone the economy is based on the cultivation of olives and citrus fruits, whereas in the lakeside area, like all the towns around Lake Garda, an important source of income remains fishing, thanks to the abundance of fish in the waters of the lake. In any case, the main source of income is still tourism, Gardone is Garda’s primary holiday resort.
